Bullseye 3mm Sheet Glass in single 3 inch Squares – Exclusively from Glacial Art Glass. Get just a small amount of any color.
This glass is a striker – it appears pale in cold sheet form but will strike or mature to a much different color when fired.
As a gold-bearing striker, Bullseye recommends firing with a 2 hour hold at 1225°F during the initial stages of the firing cycle. If fired without this hold, it may not strike at all, or it may strike but appear spotty and have a blue-brown cast, as opposed to the desired target color.
If you have never worked with this color of glass before, or for projects that are especially color-sensitive, Bullseye recommends testing your striking glasses prior to use either by fusing or torch working small samples. This will help you predict final color results.
